Our Story

Established in 2004, RC&D is a self-performing heavy civil and environmental contractor specializing in remediation, site civil and marine construction. We are a SBA certified HUBZone business based out of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, that serves the private, public and Federal marketplace throughout the Northeast Region.

RC&D has demonstrated its ability to implement low-cost remedial measures in the most expeditious manner feasible. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand the project intent, engage quickly, and safely execute work consistent with the established project objectives.

Having completed over 100 civil, environmental remediation and development projects in the past five years, we have developed an approach that exemplifies our strengths, safety and expertise. Our defining characteristic is our ability to execute in even the most challenging situations.

Our Services

Remediation and Environmental Restoration

Our site heavy civil in-house capabilities help separate us from the typical environmental contractor that handles your typical emergency response, tank removal, minor excavation or soils handling work. Combining the environmental know-how, regulatory knowledge and our heavy site civil background provides a more experienced contractor that can handle the complex projects in-house. RC&D believes that we fill this role extremely competently and provide very competitive services as a streamlined small business in the Northeast.
